AVINUS Technologies is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to other parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. AVINUS Technologies collects information from our users at several different points on our website. It is important to note that several of our advertisers collect aggregate data on our members through the use of cookies (explained further below) and each maintains their own privacy policy.
Registration
In order to use certain services of this website, a user must first complete the registration form to create an "Account" and become a "Member". During registration a user is required to give brief contact information. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site, notification of contest winners, and other Brinewave.com or Brine wave, /Advertiser related information.
By registering with Brinewave.com, you consent to AVINUS Technologies and the Brinewave.com website to send you Email for specific purposes. These Emails will, generally, be informational in nature. When you first register at Brinewave.com an "Activation Email" will need to be sent to a valid Email address. Also, due to Email being the only way we can contact prize winners, any time a user wins a prize on Brinewave.com, we will contact that person by Email. If you do not wish to receive this type of Email from AVINUS Technologies., then do not register at Brinewave.com.
In order to use certain services of this website, a user is asked to complete a member "Profile". This profile contains more detailed demographic information about a particular member; however, this information is used to gather aggregate data about all of our users and not specifically linked to a member. Personally identifiable information about any of our members is not shared with any 3rd party. E-mail addresses may be shared with our Brine wave, .s and advertisers if a user has opted-in to do so, but not in a way that would link an email address to a particular member profile.
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
AVINUS Technologies' stated policy is that no user under the age of 13 is permitted to register at Brinewave.com. We encourage parents to spend time online with their children and urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers, without permission, when using any web site.
We recognize a special obligation to protect personal information obtained from young children. If a person under the age of 13 falsifies information in order to register with Brinewave.com, and we are made aware of the situation, the account will be deleted. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Sharing
Brinewave.com uses Google Analytics Piwikstat.com to collect data about our website. The information that is gathered pertains to usage and computer statistics and is in no way personally identifiable. This information allows us to better understand the technology used to access our site so we can make improvements if necessary and to understand the behavior of the users on our site.
AVINUS Technologies does not disclose any personal information about registered children under 18 years of age to third parties, regardless of parental consent, or share or disclose personal information other than as set forth in this policy, provided however, that in the event of a merger, acquisition, or the unlikely event of bankruptcy, management of AVINUS Technologies' customer information may be transferred to its successor or assign.
AVINUS Technologies may share its database of email addresses with its advertisers, AVINUS Technologies', affiliates or other 3rd party providers who we believe will offer products or services our members would have interest in if a Member has opted-in and indicated a desire for us to do so.
Third Party Advertising Data Collection
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use information (not luding your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Please note that Brinewave.com will always try to contact you through your E-mail address in the event that you are a contest winner as this is the only way we can contact you.

Review, Correction of Your Information and Requesting Removal from Mailing Lists and Deactivating Your Account
If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information maintained by AVINUS Technologies is not correct, or should you wish to have your account(s) deactivated or be removed from our mailing list(s), please email us at Accounts@Brinewave.com, and we will be happy to review, update or remove information as appropriate. We may still retain your information in our files however, to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement, and due to technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our websites.

Surveys and Contests
From time-to-time Brinewave.com requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested maylude contact information such as name and mailing address, and demographic information such as zip code and age level. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Message Boards
Messages posted on Brinewave.com message boards are available to all users who come to our site. We monitor our message boards and may remove posts containing personally identifiable information to help ensure the privacy of our members. If you wish to have a message removed that was posted by you, or contains personally identifiable information about you that you do not wish to have on our message boards, please contact support@Brinewave.com.
